This devise is very simple, very cheap, easy to use, simple to operate, capable in every situation, it use power source either from electric power or rechargeble backup battery and also from batter cell, individual can use easily at home, not need doctor or nurse support....etc
The user of this project is every individual or persons in their home to know their health condition and report the result to near by clinic, low income clinics at rural area also another user of this device from government.
Clinical benefit of the device is every person know their health status at home.
